About the company
Liberty Roofing Pros is a growing roofing company that takes pride in quality work and taking care of our customers. We have more leads than we can handle, and we're looking for driven salespeople to grow with us.
About the role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll run preset appointments with homeowners and property owners, inspect roofs, and present and close roofing projects. Our inside sales team provides the leads. After you close a deal, our production team takes it from there, and you stay the customer's point of contact through completion.
Responsibilities
- Run preset appointments with qualified leads
- Complete thorough inspections, including attic access and roof assessments
- Build accurate estimates and present options to customers on a company tablet
- Close roofing projects and collect down payments
- Hand closed projects off to production and keep the customer informed through completion
- Collect final payments when projects are done
- Work 40 to 50 hours per week and keep your calendar up to date
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, with roofing or home improvement sales preferred
- Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and entering attics
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule
- Strong communication and closing skills
Pay and Benefits
- Commission-based pay, tiered by volume
- Paid training week, then a draw while you ramp up
