We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-Occurring Program Coordinator to lead our outpatient Substance Use Disorder Program. This role is ideal for a seasoned CADC II or higher professional who enjoys direct clinical work while also mentoring staff, shaping program quality, and helping individuals navigate both mental health and substance use recovery.

What You'll Do
As the Co-Occurring Program Coordinator, you will serve as both a clinician and program leader. You'll maintain a reduced caseload while providing supervision, guidance, and oversight for program staff.
Clinical Leadership
Provide comprehensive assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
Develop individualized treatment plans and support participants through every stage of recovery.
Facilitate individual and group counseling focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, stress management, and recovery supports.
Create and review relapse prevention plans, WRAP plans, and safety plans.
Coordinate care with community partners, treatment providers, hospitals, and support systems.
Provide case management, skills training, and crisis intervention services as needed.
Support participants in building natural supports and accessing community resources.
Program Coordination & Supervision
Provide clinical supervision to CADC I and Certified Recovery Mentor staff.
Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, documentation standards, and ethical practice requirements.
Maintain supervision and training records.
Participate in program audits, quality improvement initiatives, and monitoring activities.
Collaborate with leadership regarding staff development, performance management, and program effectiveness.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, learning, and compassionate care.
