This is a stable full-time position with benefits, paid training, and opportunities to grow.

This isn't a typical sales job. You’ll speak with new and existing customers who are already interested in services, upgrades, or scheduling appointments. Your ability to create positive conversations and guide customers toward the right solutions directly impacts both customer experience and company growth.

What You’ll Actually Earn

Base pay starts at $17–$18/hour depending on experience, plus monthly commissions.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with customers by phone, email, and text to:

• Close inbound sales leads
• Assist customers with upgrading or adding services
• Schedule appointments and inspections
• Speak with new and existing customers about service options
• Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
• Complete account updates and administrative tasks
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive office environment

Schedule

Monday–Friday (Daytime)
Rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)
