Job Description
Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a 365-entertainment destination for world-class events located in Austin, TX. The sports and entertainment portfolio at COTA is unmatched in the country with Formula 1 US Grand Prix, NASCAR and MotoGP attracting global fans during championship races on the famed Circuit and Live Nation producing over 30 headline concerts every year at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater. Opening in 2026, COTA’s amusement park, COTALAND, is on over 30-acres featuring two first of their kind Roller Coasters and 30 rides.
Job Description:
Support the Design team by designing, adapting, and producing high-quality visual content for digital and print media, ensuring that all designs align with our brand guidelines. This role involves working on a variety of projects including email marketing materials, event signage and wayfinding, and more. This role will be working from September 1, 2026 - October 25, 2026.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the Design Marketing team by preparing, executing, and finalizing high quality files that are accurate, on-brand, and production-ready
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and able to maintain brand consistency across all produced materials
- Strong experience preparing and adapting artwork for various print and digital applications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- excellent communication and organization skills
- attention to detail and strong time management skills are a must
- Ability to take direction and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and design skills
- excellent visual design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
