Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Gaming Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Deals card games
- Maintains the security of the table and its float
- Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time
- Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager
- Verifies chip refills and credits
- Tidies workstation and pit area
- Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
- Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event‑driven schedules
- Serving it right certification
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
