This role sits at the heart of a large-scale enterprise transformation, shaping the future architecture of a complex Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
You will define and govern end-to-end technical solutions spanning Oracle Fusion Applications, OCI, and integration platforms.
The position plays a critical role in building a scalable, secure, and highly automated cloud foundation for business operations.
You will design advanced architectures that go beyond standard SaaS, enabling intelligent, resilient, and future-ready systems.
Working closely with engineering and data teams, you will drive integration excellence, DevOps maturity, and AI-driven innovation.

This role is responsible for leading the technical architecture strategy across Oracle Fusion and supporting cloud ecosystems, ensuring scalability, security, and integration excellence.
- Design and implement Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architectures, including hub-spoke networking, hybrid DNS, security zoning, and modernization initiatives.
- Own resiliency and disaster recovery architecture, identifying and addressing gaps to ensure high availability and minimal data loss.
- Define and govern identity and access management strategies, including federation, MFA, and least-privilege access models.
- Lead integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring reusable, scalable, and fault-tolerant integration patterns.
- Drive API strategy and manage secure integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and token-based authentication.
- Oversee PaaS extensions (VBCS, APEX) and Oracle Object Library governance to ensure secure and upgrade-safe customization.
- Collaborate on AI-driven automation initiatives, embedding LLM and agentic AI capabilities into Oracle Fusion workflows.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deployment automation using tools such as Git, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor global engineering teams.
This role requires extensive experience in Oracle Fusion ecosystems, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration, combined with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 8+ years in Oracle Fusion (Finance/SCM) and Oracle cloud architecture.
- Strong expertise in OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, OSB, ODI, VBCS, and related Oracle technologies.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, and PL/SQL.
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and “clean-core” enterprise ERP architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, and enterprise security models.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across global teams and vendors.
- Ability to solve complex architectural challenges in distributed cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Oracle OCI Architect Professional and Oracle Integration certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $271,000 (based on experience and location).
