Accountabilities:

  • Drive net-new business acquisition by identifying, targeting, and securing strategic accounts within national and regional healthcare markets.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies tailored to complex payer environments and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior operational leaders to position solutions effectively and support long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver customized and scalable client solutions.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM activity with strong operational discipline and attention to sales performance metrics.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, and strategic events to strengthen brand visibility and business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or healthcare sales, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proven success selling into health plans, payer organizations, or related healthcare markets.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate long sales cycles effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic account planning, consultative selling, and enterprise relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management and sales reporting is highly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000 USD, with eligibility for additional bonuses, merit increases, and commission opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and disability leave benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness support resources.
  • Fully remote work environment with opportunities for professional growth and industry engagement.
