Accountabilities

  • Maintain and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of reconciling items.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly financial results and provide actionable insights to business partners on spending trends and financial performance.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and strengthen internal controls across financial operations.
  • Support audit readiness by assisting with internal, interim, and year-end audit deliverables and coordinating accounting documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across accounting operations.
  • Assist with M&A-related accounting activities and provide ad hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Cross-train with other accounting team members to ensure continuity and support during close cycles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Experience in high-volume, large-scale corporate accounting environments with strong exposure to month-end close and general ledger processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and experience with Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and familiarity with Accounts Payable tools and accrual accounting processes (Coupa preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present financial insights clearly.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive total cash compensation ranging from $89,000 to $105,000 USD depending on experience and location
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible and inclusive work environment supporting remote-first collaboration
  • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact healthcare innovation initiatives
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Career development opportunities in a fast-growing organization
  • Collaborative and mission-driven culture focused on improving healthcare outcomes
  • Equal employment opportunity with commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
