• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and broader Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Contribute actively to Agile sprint execution by supporting development goals, maintaining delivery velocity, and ensuring successful completion of engineering tasks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with SOLID principles and Salesforce engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering quality initiatives to minimize defects and improve software reliability.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs while ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools and workflows to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.
• Identify technical risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate project progress clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Salesforce CLI tooling, and deployment processes to maintain efficient software delivery operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce engineering, including Apex development, triggers, asynchronous processing, and batch or scheduled jobs.
• Proven expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, custom object development, automation tools, and scalable data architecture.
• Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL queries, Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with knowledge of authentication and platform security principles.
• Familiarity with deployment tooling, Git version control, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipeline environments.
• Commitment to engineering excellence, including testing, maintainable code, peer code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Experience leveraging AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar technologies to improve development productivity and workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
