• Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities for business and network performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports for monitoring operational and network performance using visualization tools.
• Analyze key operational and business metrics to generate insights that support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple systems and data sources.

• 4–6 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a closely related role.
• Strong expertise in SQL with advanced-level proficiency in querying and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Python, Spark, and ETL frameworks.
• Experience working with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in building dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work deeply with complex datasets.
• Good understanding of logistics or network analytics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions and communicate insights clearly.
