This senior commercial leadership role is focused on driving the performance and growth of a key non-sparkling (Stills) beverage portfolio across franchise bottling networks. The position plays a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, ensuring execution excellence, and aligning bottler and internal stakeholders around shared business goals. It combines strategic planning with hands-on market activation oversight, requiring strong analytical and leadership capabilities. The role operates in a highly collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment involving franchise partners, regional teams, and cross-functional commercial leaders. It is responsible for translating complex market dynamics into actionable plans that drive revenue, volume, and share growth. The environment is fast-paced, performance-driven, and centered on continuous improvement and capability building across the system.

Accountabilities:
  • Oversee weekly and monthly performance tracking for the Stills portfolio, ensuring visibility on revenue, volume, share, and transactional performance, while identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Lead execution of commercial strategies with franchise bottlers, ensuring alignment on market activation plans, contingency approaches, and regional budget management.
  • Drive structured planning processes across channels and customers, ensuring full integration of National Retail, Foodservice, and regional plans into end-to-end execution.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the Stills category across multiple channels, supporting sales teams and franchise partners in delivering commercial objectives.
  • Assess bottler capabilities, identify gaps, and implement action plans to strengthen performance using standardized diagnostic tools and training frameworks.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and execution effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to franchise leadership.
  • Lead negotiation and governance of bottler agreements and supply chain arrangements, ensuring alignment and continuity across the system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a CPG organization with direct sales, key account management, or franchise management responsibilities and P&L ownership.
  • Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry working with bottlers or manufacturing partners, including demand planning and capacity development.
  • Strong background in annual business planning, forecasting, and distributor/customer management, with demonstrated revenue growth results.
  • Solid understanding of channel marketing, market research, and competitive analysis, with the ability to translate insights into commercial execution.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational excellence, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive.
