• Supervise maintenance personnel and provide guidance to support team performance and operational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor productivity and ensure maintenance activities are completed in alignment with company objectives and timelines.
• Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and overall operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory Skills, Communication
• Production Planning, Production Management
• Operations Management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Reading manuals and blueprints, troubleshooting, and using computer software like CMMS
• HMI, PLC programming, and electrical skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or waste management industries is beneficial
