Senior Agentic Performance Marketing Manager in United States at Jobgether
Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Agentic Performance Marketing Manager based in the United States.
Take ownership of paid acquisition in a fast-moving, AI-native marketing environment where experimentation and automation drive growth. As a Senior Agentic Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta and Google while building AI agents that streamline optimization, reporting, and budget management. You will combine hands-on media buying with data analysis, conversion rate optimization, and creative experimentation to improve acquisition efficiency. Working closely with a small paid marketing team, designers, developers, and creative strategists, you will turn performance insights into measurable business outcomes. You will also launch campaigns for new products, track the full customer journey, and optimize key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, payback period, and lifetime value. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an ambitious marketer who thrives on autonomy, embraces AI-driven workflows, and continuously looks for ways to improve performance.
In this role, you will own paid acquisition performance while developing practical AI-powered systems that make campaign management more efficient and scalable. You will balance hands-on execution with experimentation, automation, and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google.
Own trial cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets within monthly spending limits, reallocating budgets toward the best-performing campaigns and creative concepts.
Lead and support a four-person paid marketing team, establishing high performance standards and taking responsibility for overall results.
Build and maintain AI agents and automations to handle recurring advertising tasks, including daily account checks, budget adjustments, and reporting across AI models.
Identify and automate repetitive manual processes to improve efficiency and campaign management.
Analyze campaign and audience performance to develop actionable creative briefs for creative strategists.
Collaborate with design and development teams to build and test paid landing pages, improve conversion rates, and reduce CPA.
Monitor the customer journey from initial click through activation, tracking acquisition costs, payback periods, and customer lifetime value.
Launch and optimize advertising campaigns for new products without historical performance data, using structured experimentation to identify opportunities.
Investigate performance fluctuations, diagnose CPA changes, and communicate findings clearly to leadership.
Allocate time across media buying, analytics, AI agent development, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a hands-on performance marketer with a strong track record of scaling paid campaigns and a practical ability to build AI-powered automations. You should combine analytical rigor with independent problem-solving, sound judgment, and a willingness to challenge existing approaches. The key qualifications include:
At least five years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta and Google advertising campaigns, with monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more.
Deep expertise in Meta advertising, including campaign structure, creative strategy, and scaling successful concepts.
Strong experience with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
Agency-side experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing, particularly businesses using free-trial or book-a-demo conversion funnels.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain AI agents or automations that actively support advertising workflows, with the technical understanding to explain, troubleshoot, and repair them.
Strong analytical skills and practical experience with GA4, PostHog, advertising platform reporting, and spreadsheets.
Experience running creative and landing page experiments that have demonstrably improved conversion rates or reduced CPA.
Ability to interpret performance data, identify issues proactively, and communicate complex findings clearly to founders and other stakeholders.
Strong ownership, initiative, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Comfort working independently, managing ambiguity, responding to platform volatility, and meeting demanding deadlines.
A proactive mindset, with a willingness to experiment, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve campaign performance.
Additional experience with SQL, LinkedIn Ads, sales-led or book-a-demo funnels, HubSpot, and Stripe is considered an advantage.
Benefits:
Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year.
Work arrangement: Fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.

Retirement: Access to a 401(k) plan through Deel.
Additional benefits: Pet insurance and a flexible wellness stipend.
Ownership and autonomy: The opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for campaign performance, AI automation, and conversion optimization.
