Job Description

About Mission Advancement

Our relationship-based approach combines fundraising strategy, major gifts expertise, campaign counsel, and practical development support to help organizations build lasting fundraising capacity.

We partner with leaders, boards, and advancement teams to grow annual support, develop and execute capital campaigns, strengthen major gift fundraising, and create long-term development strategies. At Mission Advancement, our work is ultimately about people, helping organizations build the relationships, resources, and capacity they need to make a greater impact.
