Review cleaning records, coordinate cleaning verification and validation with Quality Assurance, and identify opportunities to reduce cleaning downtime and improve equipment availability.

  • People Management & Training: Supervise production operators and shift supervisors, plan workforce allocation, and ensure adequate staffing. Train and qualify personnel in SOPs, GMP, safety standards, and operational procedures while supporting coaching and performance development.

  • Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Promote a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations, enforce PPE requirements, and ensure compliance with risk assessments and permit-to-work systems. Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, implement corrective actions, and work toward the objective of zero lost-time injuries.
