Open to the right caregiver growing hours over time; with a strong fit, this role could expand into a 40-hour-per-week position
Qualifications
Genuine alignment with values of respect, kindness, empathy, community, and care
Experience or comfort working with individuals who have complex medical conditions and chronic pain
Strong communication skills and commitment to consistent updates and reliability
Ability to recognize needs, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in the home
Dependable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and behavior
Previous caregiving, home care, or life enrichment experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and car insurance
Ability to pass extensive background check (this includes the child abuse registry and sex offender registry)
Pay: $18 per hour
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by building trust, offering steady support, and honoring the dignity of one client with significant medical challenges.
