This role is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client relationships, and campaign execution. You will manage high-impact paid media accounts, helping clients generate qualified leads and measurable business growth through data-driven advertising strategies. Working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, you’ll have full ownership of campaign performance while collaborating closely with creative and operational teams. The position combines hands-on media buying, strategic consulting, copywriting, and client communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. You’ll contribute directly to client retention, revenue growth, and campaign innovation while leveraging AI-powered tools and modern marketing technologies. This is a highly autonomous remote opportunity for professionals who take initiative, move quickly, and deliver results with accountability.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of paid media client accounts as the primary strategic point of contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss insights, and align on future strategies.
  • Create and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of scheduled client reviews.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs daily, adjusting targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives to meet performance goals.
  • Develop intervention plans for underperforming campaigns and proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Write compelling ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services and high-ticket audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to produce effective marketing assets and messaging variations.
  • Configure tracking systems, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automations using tools such as Calendly and Zapier.
  • Maintain strong client relationships that encourage renewals, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with strong expertise in Meta advertising platforms.
  • Proven success managing multiple client accounts while consistently achieving campaign performance targets.
  • Strong copywriting abilities with experience creating persuasive ad copy and marketing scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, marketing automation, and lead routing systems.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels, appointment-setting campaigns, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience within financial services or high-ticket service industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter (VSL) marketing methodologies is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance clearly to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to work.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented remote environment.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve campaign execution and copy development is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling options.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to high-growth digital marketing strategies and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture focused on ownership and innovation.
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute directly to client growth and retention.
