• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions covering sales, finance, operations, inventory, and customer performance.
• Manage the full reporting lifecycle, including requirements gathering, data modeling, development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment of reporting outputs with business KPIs and organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows, Warehouses, and Data Pipelines.
• Build optimized semantic models and datasets to support self-service analytics across business functions.
• Analyze CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and pipeline health.
• Work with ERP data to generate insights on purchasing, pricing, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver strategic reports, forecasting insights, and data-driven recommendations to leadership teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, and leadership to translate data into actionable business decisions.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and Power BI Service administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouses, Dataflows, Warehouses, and Pipelines.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP reporting environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, business-focused insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in multi-country or European business environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services such as Azure SQL, Synapse, or Data Factory is a plus.
• Exposure to data governance frameworks such as Microsoft Purview is an advantage.
• Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, or advanced statistical techniques is beneficial.
• Background in manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, or distribution industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate is a bonus.
