In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing performance media strategies across digital campaigns, ensuring strong alignment between planning, execution, and optimization. You will work closely with internal specialists and supervisors to translate client goals into high-performing media actions. The position involves analyzing campaign data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing optimizations to maximize results. You will also participate in client interactions, helping present insights, clarify strategies, and ensure transparency in performance delivery. The environment is highly analytical and results-driven, requiring attention to detail and a proactive mindset. You will contribute directly to campaign efficiency and lead generation performance across multiple channels. This is a remote-first role focused on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in kickoff meetings to understand client objectives, context, and historical performance in order to support strategic planning.
- Analyze existing campaigns and creatives to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support media planning alongside supervisors, contributing insights for campaign structure and optimization.
- Set up and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop creative briefs based on media strategy and best practices aligned with client goals.
- Monitor performance indicators daily/weekly and implement optimizations to improve campaign results.
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly performance reports following internal standards.
- Participate in client meetings to present results, align expectations, and define next steps with stakeholders.
- Review deliverables with assistants to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project scope.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and digital media execution.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns and performance-focused strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven profile.
- Relevant certifications in digital media or lead generation are a plus.
