This role is centered on building, coaching, and elevating high-performing pharmacy sales teams across a defined U.S. region. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping how Territory and Account Managers develop their sales skills, manage their pipelines, and execute growth strategies. The position blends hands-on field leadership with structured coaching, performance management, and strategic regional planning. You will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on personalized medicine and patient-centered care. A strong emphasis is placed on developing organizational discipline, CRM excellence, and consistent execution across distributed teams. In this role, you will lead the development and performance of a regional sales organization, ensuring strong execution, consistent coaching, and sustainable business growth across assigned territories.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Territory Managers and Sales Representatives, supporting sales skill development, time management, and career growth
- Build strong sales fundamentals across the team, including prospecting, relationship development, and pipeline management
- Enforce organizational excellence through effective use of CRM systems such as HubSpot and other sales tools
- Monitor performance metrics across individuals and teams, delivering structured feedback and implementing improvement plans when needed
- Identify growth opportunities within the assigned region and support execution of territory expansion strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales execution with broader business and operational goals
- Support continuous development of sales processes, ensuring consistency, accountability, and best practices across the region

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related healthcare sales environments
- 2+ years of people management experience with proven success in coaching and developing sales professionals
- Strong ability and passion for mentoring, training, and developing others in sales best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a disciplined, structured working style
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot or similar systems
- Experience managing performance metrics and translating data into actionable coaching insights
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
