Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the development and performance of a regional sales organization, ensuring strong execution, consistent coaching, and sustainable business growth across assigned territories.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to Territory Managers and Sales Representatives, supporting sales skill development, time management, and career growth
  • Build strong sales fundamentals across the team, including prospecting, relationship development, and pipeline management
  • Enforce organizational excellence through effective use of CRM systems such as HubSpot and other sales tools
  • Monitor performance metrics across individuals and teams, delivering structured feedback and implementing improvement plans when needed
  • Identify growth opportunities within the assigned region and support execution of territory expansion strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales execution with broader business and operational goals
  • Support continuous development of sales processes, ensuring consistency, accountability, and best practices across the region
Requirements

This role requires strong sales leadership experience, a coaching mindset, and the ability to drive performance in a distributed, fast-moving environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of sales experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related healthcare sales environments
  • 2+ years of people management experience with proven success in coaching and developing sales professionals
  • Strong ability and passion for mentoring, training, and developing others in sales best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a disciplined, structured working style
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot or similar systems
  • Experience managing performance metrics and translating data into actionable coaching insights
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Stable career history demonstrating commitment and consistent performance
