In this role, you will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for the customization, integration, and optimization of Planisware E7 within complex enterprise environments. You will work at the intersection of project portfolio management, system architecture, and software engineering to deliver scalable and secure solutions that support critical business operations. The position involves leading development and operations teams while ensuring high-quality implementation of Planisware configurations, integrations, and enhancements. You will play a key role in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across distributed and cloud-based environments. This is a highly technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in Planisware, APIs, and enterprise integrations. You will also contribute to mentoring teams, improving engineering practices, and ensuring alignment with architectural and security standards. Accountabilities:

Lead the customization and development of Planisware E7 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, oData services, LDAP, OAuth2, and SAP systems.
Build and manage batch scripts, macros, and automation processes to support scheduling, data processing, and system efficiency.
Oversee system upgrades, cluster migrations, and deployment activities including Blue-Green architecture implementations.
Develop and optimize customized reports, data models, and DPM package imports/exports across environments.
Provide technical leadership for development and operations teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform bug fixing, and ensure stability of Planisware environments.
Support cloud hosting and infrastructure management, including AWS-based deployments and monitoring.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards across all Planisware implementations.
Guide teams in unit testing, integration testing, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
10–15 years of experience in Planisware development with strong expertise in Planisware E7.
Deep knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) domain and enterprise project systems.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, oData services, SAP integration, LDAP, and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms.
Strong expertise in Planisware customization, including scripting, macros, reporting, and batch automation.
Experience in system upgrades, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with cloud environments (especially AWS) and Blue-Green deployment architecture.
Strong understanding of data security, product security, and compliance requirements.
Experience managing development and operations teams in complex enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub, security scanning tools, and CI/CD practices is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with ability to work across distributed teams.
Planisware Specialist certification is required.
