In this role, you will lead the development and execution of employee benefits communication strategies, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with client objectives. You will translate complex benefits and healthcare information into accessible messaging that drives employee action and understanding.
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies and campaigns supporting employee benefits and engagement initiatives
- Serve as a strategic consultant to internal teams and clients from concept through delivery
- Create high-quality content across digital, print, and in-person formats tailored to diverse audiences
- Simplify complex benefits information into clear, engaging, and actionable messaging
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive communication solutions
- Maintain and evolve content libraries and communication assets for ongoing use
This role requires strong experience in communications, ideally within employee benefits, healthcare, or a related consulting environment. You should be highly organized, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- 5–8 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields, preferably within employee benefits or healthcare
- Experience in client-facing or consultative roles with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting ability, with skill in simplifying complex topics
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to handle competing deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

- Annual base salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
