The role also includes ownership of billing flows, revenue operations logic, and integration ecosystems connecting Salesforce with external platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong technical depth, architectural responsibility, and mentoring expectations within a high-performing global team.

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative tools.
• Build and optimize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, and telephony/CTI integrations to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop scalable automation using Flow, triggers, and platform best practices while ensuring performance and governor limit compliance.
• Create and maintain Experience Cloud solutions including responsive portals, LWR/Aura-based components, and secure guest user configurations.
• Lead Salesforce Billing development including invoice generation, revenue recognition, CPQ-to-Billing flows, and payment processing logic.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
• Build and support enterprise document automation workflows using tools like DocuSign and Conga.
• Ensure system integrity through strong architecture design, code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD deployment practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices, technical knowledge sharing, and design discussions.

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in enterprise implementations.
• Deep hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Billing modules.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Experience with CPQ-to-Billing processes, revenue recognition, invoicing, and ERP synchronization (e.g., Sage Intacct).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing architecture, and performance best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and source control (Git, Jenkins, Copado, or similar).
• Experience with document generation and e-signature tools (DocuSign, Conga, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
