Sr. UI Developer (.NET C#/AWS/SQL)

This role is ideal for an experienced UI and full stack-oriented developer who enjoys building and supporting enterprise-grade web applications in a healthcare technology environment. You will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of critical systems that support large-scale healthcare administration services used by millions of users. The position combines hands-on coding, debugging, and system integration with responsibilities in analysis, documentation, and solution design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and well-tested software solutions. The role also involves supporting production systems, improving existing applications, and ensuring high-quality performance across web interfaces and backend services. Accountabilities:
  • Code, test, debug, implement, and document web and application components using ASP.NET C#, ensuring reliable and maintainable solutions.
  • Design, develop, and enhance UI components and web applications supporting healthcare administration systems.
  • Analyze system requirements, gather technical details, and prepare documentation for application changes and enhancements.
  • Support integration with third-party systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Work with Microsoft SQL Server to troubleshoot data issues, write queries, and support data transformation processes.
  • Develop and maintain applications hosted in Microsoft IIS environments, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Participate in production support activities, resolving issues and proposing effective technical solutions.
  • Create test plans, conduct QA activities, and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions for low to moderate complexity enhancements and system improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying better approaches for development, testing, and system optimization.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in UI development and application programming using ASP.NET C#.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services and modern application deployment environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing, troubleshooting, and data transformation tasks.
  • Experience integrating third-party systems using APIs and interface engines.
  • Strong understanding of IIS hosting, web applications, and API-based system troubleshooting.
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise web applications in production environments.
  • Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX/C batch processing environments is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or Medicaid systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
