ABOUT PEOPLELIFT

PeopleLift is a bilingual staffing and HR consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with a registered entity in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We help growing companies across the U.S. and Latin America build strong teams and navigate complex workforce challenges — and we do it fast. As we grow, we need someone who can help keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes.


THE ROLE

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to join PeopleLift on a contract basis with the potential to grow into a permanent role. This person will work directly with our CEO to streamline internal operations, support client delivery, and help scale our processes as the business expands. You must be based in the greater Atlanta, GA area and available during Eastern Time business hours.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows to ensure the business runs efficiently across recruiting, HR consulting, and client accounts

• Own internal project tracking — keeping deliverables, deadlines, and priorities organized and visible

• Support the CEO with scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination

• Help build, document, and improve internal processes and SOPs as the company scales

• Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience throughout the engagement lifecycle

• Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, contractors, and client engagements

• Monitor key business metrics and prepare regular reporting for leadership

• Manage vendor relationships, tools, and subscriptions across the tech stack

• Support business development activities including outreach follow-ups and proposal coordination

• Handle bilingual communications in English and Spanish as needed


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of operations, project management, or executive support experience, ideally within a small business or professional services environment

• Exceptionally organized — you build systems, not workarounds, and nothing slips through the cracks

• Strong communicator in both written and verbal form; you represent the brand well in every interaction

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting quickly as priorities shift

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools

• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do next

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, but not required

• Familiarity with staffing, recruiting, or HR consulting is a significant advantage

• Must reside in the greater Atlanta, GA metropolitan area

• Lemlist, Clay, UpLeads for outreach and business development

• Calendly, Gmail, Granola for scheduling and communications

• Canva, Grammarly, Claude AI, ChatGPT for content and productivity
