EPIQ Logistics is a proud Amazon Delivery Service Partner committed to excellence, safety, dependability, and strong operational performance. We are seeking an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who is knowledgeable in Amazon delivery platforms, driver coordination, and daily DSP operations.

The DSP Dispatcher plays an important role in the success of daily delivery operations. This position helps ensure routes are launched efficiently, drivers are supported throughout their shifts, and Amazon performance expectations are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, dependable leader who can think quickly, resolve issues in real time, and contribute to a smooth, high-performing delivery operation.

• Oversee daily dispatch operations and route launches
• Monitor driver progress throughout the day using Cortex
• Provide real-time support to drivers, including rescues, route changes, and troubleshooting
• Track and manage key performance metrics such as DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch
• Coordinate rescue plans and make route adjustments as needed
• Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Amazon standards
• Assist with driver coaching, accountability, and performance improvement

• Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience required
• Strong understanding of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Weekend availability and schedule flexibility
• Comfortable using computers, tracking data, and monitoring operational performance
