Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Manager, Channel Marketing is to assist the team in day-to-day project execution. This position maintains active communication with their client contacts through ongoing status and client delivery meetings, consistently managing clients’ expectations and revisions, as well as identifying out-of-scope requests. The Channel Marketing Manager consistently documents client communications and status meeting debriefs, delivering to the internal team to keep them updated and informed.
The Channel Marketing Manager oversees all client projects through their lifecycle, including scoping proposals and timelines, creating estimates, as well as managing budgets and work-back schedules. This role works closely with vendors/contractors assigned to their projects, managing them within scope and budget, as well as ensuring their components support of the overarching project. An effective problem solver on a day-to-day basis, the Channel Marketing Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with dealer network requests using a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Manages dealer network relationships via phone, video, and email while anticipating needs.
- Maintains knowledge of client industry, consumer profiles, organizational structure, and competitors.
- Supports weekly client-facing status meetings and maintains successful relationships.
- Ensures accurate collection of client assets and successful execution of projects on-quality, on-time, and on-budget.
- Facilitates projects from estimation through launch and proactively updates work-back schedules.
- Ensures deliverables undergo internal approval and proofreading before client presentation.
- Manages project financials, including vendor quotes and POs; monitors project budgets daily and informs parties of changes to scope or issues.
- Assists with research for new accounts, proofreads proposals, and prepares onboarding materials.
- Participates in strategy brainstorms, research, and creative kickoffs.
- Opens campaigns in Workamajig, Monday.com, and Box.com; creates project briefs, estimates, and timelines.
- Facilitates weekly status meetings, updates status reports, and relays client changes to the internal team.
- Monitors daily expenditure and informs parties when projects reach 50%, 75%, and 100% of budget.
- Works with accounting on invoices, leads post-project reviews, and audits budgets upon completion.
- Develops project work authorizations and assists with client business/competitor research.
- Allocates resources in Monday.com and participates in creative/digital resourcing meetings.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of account or project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
- Marketing agency experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of one or more agency capabilities/offerings
- Experience drafting client project proposals and SOWs
- Experience with researching requirements for project goals and benchmarking
- Experience in successfully managing clients through complex projects
- Experience in project financial management and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to provide tactical solutions to client business objectives
- Experience developing work breakdown structures, creating timelines and driving successful execution of milestones, on-quality, on-budget and on-schedule
- Experience collaborating with team members to create detailed project estimates aligned with proposed scopes of work
- Experience with Monday.com, Box.com, Workamajig, Workbook, Advantage, NetSuite OpenAir, Clients+ Profits or other integrated operations tools a plus
