Responsibilities and Duties:

Support the Practice Manager in leading the team to execute all strategies and tactics such as;

• Assist the manager in achieving monthly and annual revenue and profit goals
• Providing assistance and support to providers in producing customer quotes and talking through treatment options
• Provide your team with coaching, feedback, and encouragement
• Greet and check-in & check-out patients while providing excellent customer service
• Perform general office duties at the front desk & back office such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Manage clinic inventories and incoming products

Qualifications:

• A passion for this industry is a must!
• Background in Aesthetics and Laser or experience at a former Medspa
• 2+ years in a customer service or office role
• Sales experience is a plus
