Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Professional who is highly detail-oriented and proficient in utilizing computer systems to manage shipping operations. This position is fully computer-based, with a primary focus on coordinating and processing shipments through digital platforms rather than hands-on warehouse activities.

Please note, this role is based in an office environment and not in a warehouse location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage outbound shipments using shipping and logistics software platforms and spreadsheets
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation with a high degree of accuracy
• Verify order details, addresses, and shipping methods to ensure timely and error-free delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or order issues
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates or exceptions
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and related data
• Ensure compliance with carrier requirements, company policies, and shipping regulations
• Optimize shipping methods and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Assist with returns processing and related documentation as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions

Qualifications:

• High efficiency with technology and computers
• Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of professional sports teams.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for printing labels.
• A minimum of one year of verifiable, computer-based professional shipping experience is required and must be clearly reflected on your resume.
• Must have experience with shipping technology
• Must be punctual and consistent in attendance.
• Ability to start immediately strongly preferred.
