No RBT certification or ABA experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training and cover the cost of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Full-time, year-round employment

• Guaranteed 40-hour work week

• One consistent day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:25 AM-4:30 PM

• No evenings, weekends, or rotating schedules

• Starting pay at $18/hour

• Raises every 6 months during your first 2.5 years

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children ages 2–6 to help them reach meaningful developmental milestones. Every day is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching communication, play, social, and daily living skills

• Encouraging independence and confidence

• Following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collecting data to monitor each child's progress

• Collaborating with families and your clinical team

• Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn

• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete our company-sponsored training program

• $250 Sign-On Bonus for Certified RBTs
