Job Description
We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Speech Clinical Lead. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about supporting others, strengthening our clinical teams, and helping drive excellence across our organization.
While the full scope of the role will be discussed during the interview process, key responsibilities include:
- Fostering, maintaining, and strengthening a positive organizational culture that reflects our core values, supports clinical excellence, encourages collaboration, and promotes exceptional patient care.
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing execution of policies, procedures, and process improvements within our Home Health division.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing supervisors while partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership.
- Serving as a clinical resource by providing mentorship, guidance, and support to speech therapists across the organization.
- Maintaining clear, professional, and effective communication with therapists, supervisors, and operations staff.
- Helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting initiatives that enhance clinical quality and therapist success.
