Job Description
Responsibilities
The Guest Services Associate provides assistance to all customers, both external and internal in the gift shop and at the information desks. When working the gift shop, this individual is responsible for providing sales assistance to all gift shop customers, and processing all sales transactions. The individual is also required to open and/or close the gift shop which requires close-out and reconciliation of the cash register. When working at the information desk, this individual is responsible to assist all patients and guests in need with "way finding" throughout the hospital; at times this includes utilizing a wheel chair to transport individuals to their needed destination.
Qualifications
