• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Configure, deploy, and support applications running in production environments.
• Build and maintain integrations between systems through REST APIs, Webhooks, and Kafka-based communication flows.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, queries, maintenance, and optimization.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions, engineering best practices, code quality, and observability improvements.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues proactively, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Participate throughout the software lifecycle, from development and integration to application support and maintenance.

• Practical experience with backend software development using Python.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases and database-related development activities.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven communication concepts.
• Experience implementing and consuming Webhooks.
• Background supporting applications, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical incidents.
• Knowledge of Git and version control practices.
• Strong autonomy, investigative mindset, and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to understand systems holistically and work independently while collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
