Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for Destructable's day-to-day marketing, brand management, content creation, communications, marketing collateral, digital presence, events, client outreach initiatives, and Business Development marketing support. This is a hands-on role that manages projects from concept through completion while coordinating across Leadership, Business Development, Operations, QHSE/Safety, and field and facility teams.

Location: This position may be fully remote or in-office in Amarillo, TX.

Brand Management & Communications

· Maintain Destructable's brand standards, visual identity, messaging, and tone across company-facing materials.

· Write, edit, and review marketing copy, presentations, and external communications for consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.

· Maintain consistent messaging around Destructable's services, capabilities, projects, safety culture, company values, and Wind Decom integration.

· Maintain and organize approved brand templates, logos, fonts, graphics, and marketing resources for company-wide use.

· Utilize Canva and other approved creative tools to maintain consistent branded materials across departments.

Social Media & Content

· Manage Destructable's social media presence, primarily LinkedIn, including the content calendar, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.

· Identify content opportunities and gather project updates, photos, videos, and information from field and facility teams.

· Coordinate client or partner approvals for project-specific content when needed.

· Coordinate paid amplification of selected content when appropriate.

· Maintain an organized content calendar for company announcements, project milestones, conferences, community outreach, employee highlights, safety messaging, and industry-related content.

Photography, Video & Creative Production

· Create and edit graphics, photography, videos, project recaps, service features, safety content, and other branded visual materials.

· Maintain an organized library of company photos, videos, logos, graphics, templates, presentations, and other creative assets.

· Use Canva and other approved design/editing tools for social graphics, presentations, event materials, flyers, client-facing collateral, and internal communications.

· Maintain organized creative assets within SharePoint and/or OneDrive so materials can be easily located and reused.

Newsletters

· Develop and distribute the monthly Destructable Download external newsletter and The Green Line internal newsletter.

· Manage newsletter themes, content, copywriting, graphics, photography, distribution lists, and necessary departmental approvals.

· Maintain and update newsletter recipient lists and contact information.

· Track newsletter engagement and performance when available through HubSpot or the applicable email marketing platform.

Monthly All Hands Call

· Prepare and produce the monthly All Hands presentation, including coordinating with department leads to gather updates and content, organizing the presentation, designing and building the full slide deck, and managing revisions through final production.

· Develop supporting graphics, photo layouts, and other visual elements needed for the presentation.

· Create a video of all photos from the previous month's activities.

· Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams to gather, develop, organize, and present monthly content.

Marketing Collateral & Business Development Support

· Create and maintain Business Development and client-facing materials, including capability statements, service flyers, brochures, portfolios, presentations, and digital collateral.

· Develop customized materials for client meetings and specific business opportunities.

· Maintain current company statistics, project information, service descriptions, and other information used in marketing materials.

· Assist Business Development with HubSpot setup, forms, contact lists, campaigns, metrics, dashboards, reporting, and other marketing-related CRM needs.

· Support the ongoing accuracy of customer and company information within HubSpot.

· Maintain reusable proposal graphics, project highlights, company statistics, resumes, service descriptions, and marketing content for Business Development use.

Client Marketing & Outreach

· Develop and coordinate physical mailer campaigns, including the concept, branded materials, production, vendors, and distribution.

· Maintain and regularly update mailing addresses and client contact information prior to mailer campaigns.

· Coordinate post-project client gift boxes, including branded materials, vendors, project/client information, and delivery.

· Coordinate end-of-year client gifts, including recipient lists, budgeting, vendor sourcing, ordering, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

· Maintain an organized list of preferred vendors for gifts, mailers, branded products, and promotional materials.

Website & Digital Presence

· Manage and maintain both the Destructable and Wind Decom websites.

· Maintain website content and updates, including services, company information, leadership/team information, project highlights, imagery, news, contact information, and marketing copy.

· Support the continued integration and management of Wind Decom's digital presence.

· Navigate and maintain company website platforms including Wix and WordPress.

· Coordinate with external website developers or vendors when more advanced website changes, maintenance, or troubleshooting are required.

· Maintain current website login/access information and vendor contacts in an approved secure company location.

· Review websites regularly for outdated information, broken links, inaccurate contact information, and other needed updates.

· Support basic SEO, page optimization, metadata, and website analytics where applicable.

Conferences, Client Events & Company Events

· Research and coordinate Destructable's participation in industry conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and client-facing events.

· Manage marketing-related conference logistics, including registrations, booth materials, collateral, promotional items, attendee schedules, client meetings, and dinner reservations.

· Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, speaker submissions, bios, and event-related content.

· Develop and manage conference content, including booth messaging, event graphics, conference announcements, social media posts, presentation materials, client invitations, and post-event content.

· Maintain vendor information for conference swag, branded merchandise, promotional products, apparel, booth items, and giveaways.

· Manage ordering, inventory, delivery schedules, and replenishment of conference promotional materials.

· Maintain a conference calendar and track deadlines for registration, sponsorships, booth reservations, speaker submissions, hotel blocks, collateral delivery, and promotional item orders.

· Assist with planning and coordination of external client events and company events, including the annual Christmas party.

Public Relations & Media

· Coordinate marketing support for podcasts, interviews, articles, media opportunities, and other public-facing activities.

· Prepare supporting company information, leadership bios, talking points, and materials while coordinating necessary client or partner approvals.

· Identify relevant opportunities for industry visibility, media coverage, partnerships, and speaking engagements.

· Maintain an organized library of approved leadership bios, company descriptions, media photos, logos, and other PR resources.

Community Outreach

· Help identify and coordinate community outreach, sponsorship, volunteer, and community involvement opportunities.

· Support planning, marketing, and external communications surrounding approved outreach activities.

· Lead the Destructable Community Outreach Board.

· Coordinate supporting graphics, social content, sponsorship materials, photos, and follow-up communications for community initiatives.

Position Summary

The Marketing Manager serves as Destructable's primary day-to-day resource for marketing, brand management, content, communications, and marketing-related event coordination.

The role combines planning with hands-on execution and includes several substantial recurring deliverables, including social media and content creation, the monthly All Hands presentation, internal and external newsletters, Business Development collateral, conferences and events, management of the Destructable and Wind Decom websites, client-facing marketing initiatives, mailers, conference swag, and year-end client gifts.

The position requires strong organization, communication, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills, along with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments.

The ideal candidate should be resourceful and technologically proficient, with the ability to independently research, learn, and navigate unfamiliar platforms rather than requiring step-by-step instruction for routine marketing and administrative tasks.

Systems, Technology & Marketing Tools

· Canva - graphics, presentations, social media, event materials, flyers, and branded collateral.

· HubSpot - CRM contacts, companies, lists, forms, campaigns, marketing metrics, reporting, and Business Development support.

· Wix - website content management and updates.

· WordPress - website content management, updates, and coordination with outside website support.

· Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

· LinkedIn and applicable social media management tools.

· Email/newsletter platforms, including HubSpot or other company-approved systems.

· Website analytics and basic digital performance tools.

· AI-assisted productivity and content-development tools such as ChatGPT, with appropriate review for accuracy, confidentiality, and brand consistency.

· Photo and video editing tools used for company content.

· Vendor portals and ordering platforms for conference materials, branded swag, client gifts, mailers, and other promotional items.

· The Marketing Manager must be comfortable learning new software, independently navigating digital systems, organizing shared files and marketing resources, and troubleshooting routine platform issues.
