Aremco is a national residential and commercial asset management firm. We specialize in providing several asset management services to our clients’ portfolio of default properties. The verticals of our business include default consulting services, property preservation, construction services, disaster management and REO asset management.
Position Summary
The Asset Solutions Specialist assists with providing additional support and solutions to the Asset Management Team who are responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and managing all preservation activities that preserve the property for our clients while identifying and addressing all health and safety issues for resolution. The Asset Solutions Specialist may assist with following, but not limited to direct vendor communication and recruiting, bid review, quality-review support, property notice intake and review, client follow up, exception reporting review, research and work analysis, and may act as a bridge between Teams and Departments to provide solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring, researching, and responding to loan-level client inquiries
- Invoicing process monitoring and corrections review
- Analysis of exception reporting
- Working with municipalities related to property notices
- Assist with eviction order creation, direction, and processing
- Handling inbound/outbound calls and voice messages related to asset management
- Vendor recruiting, vetting, and assignment
- Reviewing and following up on elevated vendor inquiries
- Updating internal system notes for dissemination to the Team
- Ad hoc research, analysis, trouble shooting, and process improvement
- Other Asset Management support as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work well with others in an office environment
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing
- Computer skills
- Punctual and in attendance
- At times may need to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple deadline-oriented tasks
