Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time administrative assistant to support clinical research studies. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining study data, preparing study kits and materials, contacting patients by phone, scheduling patients for blood draws and study visits, and assisting with general research-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and telephone skills
• Comfortable working with confidential patient information
• Experience with clinical research or healthcare administration preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous data-entry experience preferred

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
