  • 7+ years of experience in business development, customer success, strategic alliances, partnerships, or sales.

  • Demonstrated experience building and managing strong relationships with external clients, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex commercial initiatives, negotiations, and deal execution, including collaboration with Legal on agreements.

  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand products, technologies, market dynamics, and partner needs.

  • Experience using Salesforce and CRM platforms, along with Google Workspace and data or analytics tools such as Tableau; familiarity with Jira or Asana is a plus.

  • Self-sufficient, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through execution.

  • Fast learner with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-visibility environment.

  • Genuine interest in healthcare, digital health, advanced primary care, and the challenges involved in transforming the healthcare industry.

  • Full-time, fully remote position within the United States.

  • Opportunity to own strategically important partner relationships and contribute directly to growth initiatives.

  • High visibility across sales, customer success, marketing, finance, legal, and other business functions.

  • Opportunity to work on strategic projects within a rapidly evolving digital healthcare environment.

  • Exposure to senior-level stakeholders and executive partnership relationships.
