Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Sourcer, GTM (Contract) based in India.
This is a six-month contract opportunity supporting U.S.-focused go-to-market hiring within a fast-paced B2B SaaS and AI environment. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging high-quality talent across sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and related commercial functions. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will translate hiring needs into focused sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines. The role offers significant ownership over sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and pipeline development. You will collaborate with recruiting teams across time zones while maintaining a strong focus on U.S. hiring priorities. Success in this role requires a combination of market knowledge, recruiting expertise, organization, and data-driven execution. This is a remote position based in Bangalore with dedicated night-shift coverage aligned to U.S. Eastern Time.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand U.S. GTM hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for priority roles.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal talent databases, referrals, and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across U.S. sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and other commercial functions.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, resume reviews, and qualification conversations while creating a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activity, candidate information, pipeline progress, and feedback within the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate effectively with recruiting stakeholders across different time zones while providing consistent support for U.S. hiring priorities during Eastern Time night-shift hours.
- Monitor U.S. talent markets, competitor organizations, and emerging trends across the B2B SaaS, software, cloud, and AI sectors to strengthen sourcing strategies.
- 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to U.S. GTM, commercial, or revenue-focused hiring.
- Previous sourcing or recruiting experience within B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, AI, or another fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting or talent intelligence tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage U.S.-based candidates effectively through personalized outreach and screening conversations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and candidate pipelines independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and consistently covering night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST to support U.S. hiring.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to monitor sourcing activity, pipeline performance, and progress against hiring goals.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Six-month contract opportunity with the ability to gain focused experience in U.S. GTM talent acquisition within the B2B SaaS and AI ecosystem.
- Fully remote work arrangement from Bangalore, providing flexibility while supporting a globally distributed recruiting organization.
- Exposure to a broad range of commercial hiring areas, including sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and related GTM functions.
- Opportunity to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across time zones and contribute directly to high-priority U.S. hiring initiatives.
- Compensation determined based on location, professional level, relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, with eligibility for applicable variable compensation or other benefits depending on the engagement.
- An inclusive and diverse working environment that values different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
- Opportunity to strengthen expertise in modern sourcing practices, talent-market intelligence, recruiting technology, and AI-driven hiring environments.
