Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical analytics role such as Systems Analysis, Data Science, Technical Product Management, Technology Consulting, or Data Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and core data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn for data manipulation, modeling, analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Strong SQL skills, including experience writing complex and optimized queries against modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, regression analysis, and rigorous A/B testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage strategically important and operationally complex projects within cross-functional environments.
  • Strong business judgment and a structured approach to developing hypotheses, designing experiments, evaluating evidence, and solving complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Analytics, Operations, Client Services, and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex datasets and technical challenges into practical recommendations.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with marketing technology, advertising technology, or programmatic advertising is an asset.

Benefits:
