Senior Executive in Sinnar at KSB GIW Inc.

1. Convert Customer’s requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by

Customers.

2. Prepare & submit project Instrument & Electrical equipment’s (Motor, Panels Junction Box etc) drawing. (GAD’s) & documents as required by Customer/Consultants.

3. Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document

submission schedules regularly.

4. Create aggregate BOM for accessories as per customer scope.

5. Closely coordinate with vendor & get the documents to fulfil the documentation requirement,

6. Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various departments like PM&PS, TSS, Purchase

and production to ensure smooth progress of project.

7. Intern department (TSS, PM & PS, Purchase) co-ordination to ensure timely delivery of documents

without commercial impacts (LD’s, penalties etc.) if applicable

8.Material code creation for accessories codes as per scope of order.

9. Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Siemens NX for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and engineering design activities.

10.Knowledge of Material grades, API 682, API610. ASTM & GD & T.

Requirement profile:

Formal education: D.M.E. Mechanical / Production with 4 to 6 Years of relevant experience

B. E. - Mechanical / Production with 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience

Professional experience: Preferably from Pump industry with handling project business

Defined competencies:

Functional Skills:

· Good product / technical knowledge and experience of Centrifugal pump

· Knowledge of various Standards like API, VDI, ASTM HIS, DIN, IEC etc

• Proficiency in SAP – SD/PP Module and MS Office (Specially Excel).

· Exposure to Excel, Word, Power Point applications

• Exposure to Auto CAD and UG NX
