• Build and execute annual account plans with volume, revenue, and distribution goals.

• Negotiate pricing, programming, promotional calendars, and placement agreements within company and regulatory guidelines.

• Drive pull-through at the unit level by coordinating with distributor and field sales teams.

• Secure placements across park restaurants, bars and lounges, resort hotels, festival and seasonal events, and in-park retail.

• Develop custom programs such as signature cocktails, branded bars, limited-edition offerings, and food and wine festival partnerships.

• Coordinate with distributors on high-volume supply, event forecasting, and multi-venue delivery.

• Support staff training and brand activations across park and resort locations.

Account management and reporting

• Track depletions, distribution, and program results; deliver regular business reviews to buyers and leadership.

• Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in the CRM.

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and category trends, and share insights with marketing and supplier partners.

• Ensure all activity complies with federal, state, and international alcohol regulations (TTB, three-tier, tied-house, and cruise/export requirements).

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and supplier meetings.

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of wine and spirits sales experience with a supplier, importer, or distributor.

• Proven track record selling to major, key, or national chain accounts at the corporate or headquarters level.

• Existing relationships with, local, regional accounts including cruise line beverage and procurement teams (e.g., Miami/Fort Lauderdale-based HQs) theme park and destination resort food and beverage teams (e.g., Orlando-area parks), and national hospitality buyers.

• Strong wine and spirits product knowledge across categories and price tiers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Valid driver's license and passport; must be 21 or older.

Preferred
