Description:
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Med Tech to support our residents with dignity and respect for the 2-10 and 10-6 shifts.
Requirements:Assist with medications as trained and authorized under RN delegation
Follow medication orders and document accurately
Report medication concerns, errors, or changes in a resident's condition promptly
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility as needed
Work with the care team to maintain a safe, clean, welcoming home.
Must communicate clearly, follow directions, and provide patient respectful care.
