Landscape Maintenance Account Manager in Carmel, Indiana at Salsbery Brothers Landscaping

Company Overview: Salsbery Brothers Landscaping is a reputable landscaping company located in Carmel Indiana. We are know for providing high-quality landscaping services to mostly residential customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance account manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary: The Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for managing maintenance accounts from initial customer relationship through ongoing service. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers while working closely with maintenance crews, foremen, operations management, and other departments to ensure properties are maintained to company standards.

Account managers are responsible for customer satisfaction, property inspections, crew coordination, service quality, identifying additional opportunities, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance customers.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with residential clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Communicate service schedules, changes, recommendations, and property needs to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and work with operations managers to resolve issues quickly.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow up on completed work.
• Help ensure crews have the information and resources necessary to complete work properly.
• Assist with customer renewals and retention efforts.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, property management, customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to identify maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoor and visit properties in varying weather conditions.

Position Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
