The Farmer’s Daughter is looking for a friendly, energetic, and welcoming Host to join our team! As the first face our guests see, you’ll help create a wonderful first impression and set the tone for a great dining experience.

If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that delivers exceptional hospitality, this could be the perfect fit for you!

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and make everyone feel at home.
• Seat guests and provide menus while keeping the dining room running smoothly.
• Answer phone calls, assist guests, and manage reservations through OpenTable.
• Help accommodate guest requests with a positive, professional attitude.
• Keep the host stand and lobby clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work together with our team to create an outstanding guest experience.

Must be available for at least 3 shifts per week, including weekday evenings and weekends.

Weekday Evenings | Monday–Friday

• 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekends

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, or 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Availability for major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Easter, and Mother’s Day, is required.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous hosting experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
• Friendly, dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A neat, professional appearance and the ability to wear the required uniform.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Work permit required for applicants under 18.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and performing the physical tasks required for the role.
