As a Supply Chain Assistant, you'll help ensure departments throughout Froedtert South have the supplies and materials they need to provide excellent patient care.

What You'll Do

• Receive, organize, and distribute supplies and materials.
• Stock clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Process supply requests and deliveries.
• Maintain organized storage areas.
• Monitor supplies for proper rotation and expiration.
• Use computer systems to document inventory activity.
• Communicate supply needs or concerns to appropriate team members.
• Follow safety and infection prevention standards.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous healthcare, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport supplies as required.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong customer-service skills.
