  • Support supplier negotiations using market insights, forecasts, commercial requirements, and customer feedback.
  • Build relationships with industry organizations, channel partners, and strategic customers to identify opportunities for adoption and growth.
  • Coordinate across sales, agronomy, operations, marketing, finance, and technical support to remove commercial barriers.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, revenue, margins, adoption, SKU performance, and commercial risks.
  • Prepare regular management updates covering performance, priorities, key decisions, and required support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that make digital farming solutions easier to sell, implement, and support.
  • Ensure commercial decisions contribute to strong customer experiences, long-term serviceability, and brand reputation.
Requirements

  • Proven experience managing product portfolios or digital solutions, including go-to-market execution and lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong track record developing and executing business plans that drive revenue growth and market adoption.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, margin management, business cases, and performance analysis.
