  • Lead and contribute to requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing across supply chain workflows.
  • Provide functional expertise across purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehouse management, trade and logistics, production, and related supply chain processes.
  • Advise clients on advanced supply chain and warehouse management concepts, translating business challenges into practical and scalable ERP solutions.
  • Support manufacturing and distribution organizations in improving production, planning, inventory, warehouse, and transportation processes through technology-enabled solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve project outcomes and support the continued development of supply chain consulting capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing ERP, supply chain, or warehouse management solutions, including at least 2 years of hands-on D365 F&O or Dynamics AX implementation experience.

  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across functional and technical teams.
  • Servant-leadership mindset, with a focus on mentoring others, fostering development, and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build trust, communicate recommendations clearly, and drive outcomes without relying solely on formal authority.
