Worksheet Graphic Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Worksheet Graphic Designer based in United States.

This freelance role offers the opportunity to create engaging, polished printable learning materials for students from PreK through Grade 8.
You will collaborate closely with content teams across multiple subject areas, including math, language arts, science, and social studies.
Your designs will help transform educational content into clear, accessible, and visually compelling worksheets.
The role emphasizes strong typography, thoughtful layouts, brand consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.
You will work in a fast-paced creative environment where multiple projects and quick turnaround times are common.
Success requires both strong design judgment and the ability to respond constructively to feedback and evolving project needs.
This is a fully remote consulting opportunity with meaningful potential to contribute to resources used by millions of learners.

Accountabilities
  • Design high-quality printable worksheets and educational materials for students in PreK–8 across multiple subject areas.
  • Collaborate with content and education teams to translate instructional concepts into engaging, effective visual materials.
  • Apply established brand guidelines and visual systems consistently across all designs.
  • Create layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and overall visual clarity.
  • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting fast turnaround deadlines.
  • Review finished materials carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and polished presentation.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders efficiently and refine designs based on project requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members throughout the design and revision process.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in graphic design and print design, ideally with experience creating educational or other content-heavy materials.
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a clean, polished aesthetic, strong typography, and excellent layout skills.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, alignment, spacing, composition, and brand consistency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent requests and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand, respond to, and incorporate creative feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote consulting environment.
