Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Pathway – January 2027 Start

This opportunity is for students who have been accepted into an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program and will begin classes in January 2027. Through the Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program, upon acceptance, participants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their nursing education.

Please submit:

• A completed application
• An up-to-date resume

In addition, please email the following documents to PathwayPrograms@bhs1.org:

Please tell us:

• Why you are interested in becoming a nurse
• Why you are seeking sponsorship through the BHS Pathway Program

Current BHS Employees

• One letter of recommendation from your current manager

Non-BHS Applicants

• Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor, manager, instructor, or professor
• Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers

• Documentation confirming your acceptance into an ADN program beginning in January 2027
