Friday Workforce Solutions is hiring a Kayak Molder on behalf of our client in Fletcher, NC!

Were looking for dependable, hands-on team members to join a leading U.S. kayak manufacturing facility. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, working with tools, and being part of a production team.

• Position: Kayak Molder

• Location: Fletcher, NC 28732

• Pay: $20.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM

• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Assist with the kayak molding and production process

• Use power tools and other equipment as needed

• Follow production instructions and quality standards

• Inspect work to ensure products meet quality expectations

• Lift and move materials throughout the production area

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Experience using power tools preferred

• Previous manufacturing or technical experience a plus

• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work

• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds

• Basic computer skills

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team

• High school diploma or GED preferred
